IDEA MODA, which continues its production within the framework of lean system approach and Kaizen principles, handles sewing, ironing, quality control, package and parcel as a whole and carries out production in a way to ensure a single piece flow. IDEA MODA, which includes the fabric, accessory, printing, cutting, sewing and packaging stages that affect quality in the supply chain into the control plan, strictly controls the production flow process with a zero-error approach, and aims to increase efficiency by sharing the results obtained by examining error analyzes transparently with its team. Adopting the philosophy of correct production in one go, IDEA MODA raises production standards to a high level by making stock management, productivity, error analysis, line balancing studies and product process management improvements through PDCA and Kaizen studies.
